Air Showers are designed to supply ISO Class 5 (Class 100) HEPA-filtered air at high velocity to effectively remove particulate contamination from personnel before entering cleanroom environments.

An Air Shower is a self-contained air chamber installed at cleanroom entrances to minimize the transfer of contaminants into controlled areas. Personnel pass through the chamber where high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets dislodge and remove dust particles and contaminants from garments and exposed surfaces.

The system operates with airflow velocities of approximately 6000 FPM, ensuring efficient scrubbing action for superior particle removal and contamination control.

Contaminated air is drawn through the base unit, filtered through the system, and recirculated back into the chamber for continuous clean airflow operation.
