Demountable and relocatable walkable cleanroom ceiling systems are manufactured using sandwich-type double-skin flush panels with 4 mm thick High Pressure Laminate (HPL) surfaces and multiple in-fill options for superior strength, insulation, and durability.

The panels are reinforced with GI/Aluminium profiles along the periphery and supported with a robust hanging system designed to withstand walkable load requirements. The system also includes provisions for supply air units, lighting fixtures, utility cut-outs, silicone sealants, and all necessary accessories for efficient cleanroom integration.

Cleanroom doors are designed to integrate flush with both wall panel systems and civil wall structures, ensuring a seamless and hygienic finish on both sides. SML Clean Room Solutions supplies doors in various sizes customized to client requirements.

The doors are manufactured using galvanized iron sheets with high-quality epoxy powder coating of 60–80 microns for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The shutter is fabricated using 0.8 mm thick sheets, while the frame is made from 1.2 mm thick material. Door frame depth can be adjusted according to panel thickness, with a standard shutter thickness of 46 mm.

The doors are supplied with premium accessories including hinges, handles, push plates, door closers, door coordinators, locks & keys, vision panels, concealed flush bolts for double doors, concealed drop seals, SS kick plates, door seals, and other essential fittings.
